In addition to completing the weekly musicianship drills, I hope to write the following pieces during the Compose-a-thon:

–a blessing for possible use at the Walden School

–a short psalm chant for church use

–a three-minute instrumental piece for the "3-in-3 Challenge" 

I'm so excited for the opportunity to compose and support Walden at the same time. I have lots of ideas, but I haven't finished a piece since my last year as a student at Walden! So I hope above all to keep things simple and not to fear the unassailable Sharpie of the "double-bar bandit."
