The mission of Northern Voices is to unlock the potential of children who are deaf and hard of hearing by making spoken language a way of life through early and focused listening and language instruction. The goal of the organization is for every child to join their normal-hearing peers in neighborhood schools, with age appropriate speech, language and academic skills by the early elementary years.
