I was diagnosed with lupus when I was 7 years old.  I have been living with this disease for almost 6 years now and still no cure!  Lupus is a disease that affects your body in many different ways.  Sometimes when I am in the sun too long I can get a headache, get really sick or even faint.  I can't always go outside without someone running towards me with sunscreen.  Once I missed 2 weeks of school because of fevers, and mouth sores and I couldn't eat or talk.

 

A little about me: My favorite color is purple and my favorite animals are Donkeys and Turtles.  I love to read and write and I am a guitar playing ballerina.
