So it is that time of the year again, I am participating in Swim 4 Life, which raises money for AIDS and Chesapeake Bay related charities. I will be swimming 3 miles, but wanted to ask you for your support.

DCAC has been involved with SWIM 4 LIFE for a number of years, and this year I decided that instead of just writing a check, I would contact you all and try an raise as much money as possible.
