On Sunday, September 27, 2009 the Down Syndrome Association of WI will have its
13TH ANNUAL AWARENESS WALK FOR DOWN SYNDROME
at the Milwaukee County Zoo. The Awareness Walk is designed not only to help raise funds, but also to help raise awareness and promote inclusion, diversity and acceptance of Down syndrome, as well as, strive to guarantee access to a full life for all individuals with Down syndrome, their families and friends. We place priority on support and education, delivering quality programs and services, & maximizing available resources. Needless to say, it promotes a cause that is close to our hearts. Our third child Jessica was born with Down syndrome. Please consider sponsoring us for the Awareness Walk by making a donation in any amount. Your contribution will help raise money to help Jessica and all people with Down syndrome make steps toward a brighter tomorrow.
