Hi Everyone:  We're riding to Connellsville from Confluence on Sunday, September 20th.  It'll be a 56-mile roundtrip and will traverse the length of the Great Allegheny Passage through Ohiopyle State Park.

As a result, we're raising money to benefit both the Friends of Ohiopyle and PA Parks & Forests Foundation. 

Join us at 9:00 AM at Metzger Manor on Yough Street to begin the trek.  Along the way, we'll see the beautiful Yough River Gorge.  In Connellsville, we'll lunch at the Valley Dairy perhaps--said to be the original home of the banana split.

Can't go wrong with any of that, can you?

We did it!  The Magnificent Seven of Polly Rose, Howard Emerick, Cathy McCollom, Bill and Nancy Somers and my husband, Bill, and I pedaled our way across Ohiopyle State Park on a gorgeous late summer day.  The ice cream was fabulous and the company divine.  Join us next year!
