I know that many of you will think I have gone crazy! I've never completed a Triathlon, let alone taken part in a race since age 14! You can't imagine me completing an 800m swim, 25km bike ride and 5 km run/walk..... 

This Triathlon presents a huge  challenge for me. With God's help I am determined to complete this race and at the same time become fitter,   slimmer and spiritually stronger in the process! 

I have taken on this challenge, and now I am challenging you to support the children who benefit from " Cherish Our Children International".
