I am glad you clicked onto my link.  I thought adding it to all my outgoing emails  would be a great way to  let everyone know  what I am doing.

Please  feel free to share  my  page with others.  The  more  who know what I am doing  the  more  money can be raised   for Autism  research. 

October 7th I competed in Giant Acorn Triathlon on Lake Anna.  The day started with a cold rain.   Jumping in the 76 degree lake to warm up was wonderful.  I have done this triathlon for 6 years now and it is one of my favorites.

On August 5th I competed in Iron Girl Syracuse.  And on August 19th I competed in Iron Girl Columbia.  Just a note,  my  scroll  stayed dry thru my swim, bike, run and even the washing machine.  Thanks,  to  Ziplock sandwich bags.

This is my 6th year to raise money for autism research. Many of you have been wonderful supporters. I thank you so very much. Your donations and words of encouragement make a huge difference.

I hear about more of my friends who have a child touched by autism. Chances are, you know someone who has been affected. That's why I feel so dedicated to raise money for The Organization for Autism Research.

 

 

Please join me and help make a difference. If you would like your donation to be in honor of someone, let me know. I will add their name to the "Special Scroll" I carry as I train and compete in my triathlons. 

I accomplished my goal of  finishing 7 triathlons this year.  But then I heard about  the Old Dominion University Triathlon on November 4th.  So  I  signed up.   I will let you know all about it.  Then I will have competed in 8 triathlons this year!!

I will continue to train through the fall and winter to get ready for next year!!

Everyday, as I train by swimming, biking or running, I like to believe the money I raise will make a difference in the lives of children living with autism. You can join me in helping to make a difference by donating to the Organizaion for Autism Research.
