Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!  I'm part of a movement of athletes working to raise a combined $100,000 to help the people of Haiti recovery from the tragic earthquake. 

 

I personally am hoping to raise $2,500, but time is short...the event is on Martin Luther King Day (1/18/2010)! My challenge: I will run one mile for every single person who donates $100 or more to this worthy cause...for a total of 25 miles. Yes, that's a 25 mile day. No, I am not trained, nor have I asked my wife for permission. Yes, I will do it. 

 

We are focusing our funds on Partners In Health (http://www.pih.org/home.html), a tremendous organization that has operated medical facilities in Haiti for more than two decades and have numerous people on the ground. Their work was recently recognized as part of President Clinton's TED Prize wish. Yes, they rock.
