I am on the CASA Cares Kid Walk team helping to raise money for abused children.  I found out about CASA when my girlfriend started working there and then I became a volunteer, too.

She was assigned her first case in February and has been meeting once a week with her CASA kid ever since.  Jema  has had a profound impact on the life of her CASA kid.  All CASA's provide stability in the lives of children who live in an unstable world of foster care and the family court system.  To find out more, visit www.humboldtcasa.org

Abused and neglected children need CASA's to keep things from slipping through the cracks.
