This is our 4th year walking and our 3rd year walking in memory of my dad, he's been gone 2 1/2 years but it still feels like yesterday. This year is extra special because the walk falls on Father's Day. What a great gift to give my dad, walking and raising money in his memory. Happy Father's Day Dad. Alot of people say the pain goes away with time, but I don't believe that, walking and raising money to hopefully find a cure for this horrible disease helps me deal with my pain. I know Dad would want us to keep raising money for this great cause so that others one day might beat it. This year we are walking in loving memory of my dad and also my best friend's sister Dianne,who lost her battle on Feb. 8th 2009. I know times are hard for everyone now, even the smallest donation helps in a really big way. So together lets work towards helping find a cure.
