Thank you for visiting our fundraising page for the 2008 Saul & Dayee G. Haas Foundation Annual Campaign.  As active board members for the foundation we believe very strongly in the mission of the organization and the impact its work has in the lives of students.  Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.

The Haas Foundation is committed to improving the quality of life among needy secondary students in communities throughout the state of Washington, by supporting schools to encourage students to stay in school, return to school or get involved within their learning community.   

Students’ immediate needs are supported though grants made to secondary schools by the foundation. Schools use this money available in a Haas Fund for use when a student can not afford basic needs, which many times become obstacles to a students' learning or participation in school.  Funds have been used for a variety of purposes such as an activity pass, a pair of running shoes or college application fees, typically about $35 supports one student.  

This year’s Annual Campaign will help raise money for the Foundation’s Challenge Matching Grants – which provide up to an additional one-half of schools’ yearly grant amount, based on local fundraising efforts. The more money raised means that more students in Washington State will be supported!
