The NHSPCA Knittin' 4 Kittens Club was started in October 2009. We are a small group of animal lovers who also love to knit- or wanted to learn how when we first started. We get together twice a month to knit toys and blankets for the cats and kittens in the NHSPCA Adoption Center. We also sell our toys in the NHSPCA store. All the money goes to helping animals in the shelter.

The Knittin' 4 Kittens Club members range in age from 8 years old to 16 years old. The Club is led by Paula Parisi, NHSPCA Manager of Humane Education Programs.

At Paws Walk 2010, the Knittin' 4 Kittens Club will be having our very first Knit-A-Thon!!! We will be knitting little mice all day long so the kitties in the Adoption Center will have plenty to play with. We will also be selling some of the mice we make. We hope you will sponsor us as we try to knit as many mice as we can during the day of Paws Walk.
