We are back!!!!! Dannon, Phantom and I can't wait to participate in the 2010 Walk for the Animals.

Dannon and Phantom have been jogging 2.5 miles a day, swimming at the lake and have converted to protein meals without treats.  Now that is dedication.

As I have done for the last 19 years asked, pleaded and begged to get your donation for the Humane Society of Broward County, walk for the animals, so here we go again.

The animals needs your help, so please help.
