Please join us in the fight against lung cancer by sponsoring our team - Peppin Power Posse. We will be running, walking and cheering on others in memory of Millie Peppin, our wife, mom, mom-in-law, grandma, sister and friend.
Millie died Sunday, February 21st after a hard three year battle. She was strong and determined throughout her battle, yet caring and loving to her family helping us through her journey.
We continue the fight against lung cancer in her memory so that a cure can be found. Millie participated in several clinical trials knowing they would likely not cure her, but hoped by doing so, she would help others win the battle against this deadly disease.
Lung cancer is the number one cancer killing more people annually than breast, colon or prostate cancer combined. Awareness of this under funding and closing the door on these discrepancies in research dollars is vital to the success of making strides to conquer this disease.
