Since 1989, Austin-based nonprofit, House the Homeless, has focused on education and advocacy for issues surrounding the homeless. At no time does the makeup of their Board of Directors ever fall below 60% of homeless and formerly homeless people.

Every year, HTH has a Thermal Underwear Drive  to provide life-saving winter clothing to people who don't have the option to go inside for warmth. $10 provides a full set of bone-warming, cold-deflecting thermals; $25 provides thermals, a pair of toasty socks, some thick gloves, and a warm winter hat.

Last year, HTH helped by providing thermal underwear to over 600 people living on the street. With your help, HTH hopes to have even more successful year of helping Austin’s homeless by providing warming clothes to over 700 people.
