On September 25, 2011, we will be kicking off our FIRST LEHIGH VALLEY WALK for HD (Huntington's Disease)

Team McTrees's/LV Fighters a Lehigh Valley based team is walking for a CURE for HD for the 3rd year in a row, and we are honored to be part the first walk in the Lehigh Valley, bringing it closer to home for most of us. HD has touched my life and the life of many in my family and many more in unimaginable ways. Over the year, I personally have met so many wonderful individuals and families all suffering from this devastating disease, that I have made it my passion to raise awareness and walk for the entire HD Community. I believe raising the awareness and educating others on this hereditary, degenerative brain disorder is well needed in our community on all levels to help HD individuals/families to obtain recognition they deserve to live a longer and better quality of life. Support HD!
