Dear Friends,

It is that time of year again, time for my mommy to start collecting money for all the homeless animals at the Humane Society of Broward County.  The Walk for the Animals is March 6th, 2010 and this is the biggest fundraiser that the shelter has.  Last year more than 4,000 people and 2,000 dogs raised over $465,000 and my mommy was proud to be a part of it.

I know times are tough, but so many animals need our help.  Your donation will help the shelter feed, vaccinate and spay or neuter the pets before they get adopted. 

Did you know the shelter has a great Education Department that goes to schools?  That they also have low cost obedience classes, spay/neuter programs for pets who have owners and they hold birthday parties?  They are able to do all these things because of people like you who support the shelter.  So please give whatever you can.  The animals are counting on you.  And besides we don't have anymore room at our house to adopt them all.
