Race Date: SUNDAY, OCTOBER 14th, 2012

The first Race for Rehab took place on October 30, 1999 when a group of Physical Therapy students at the School of Health Sciences & Practice decided to raise money for rehabilitation therapies.

Mission
Our mission this year is to raise awareness as well as offer a donation to Achilles International to aid them in their efforts to enable athletes of all abilities.

Description
This year the class of 2014 will continue the tradition and will be hosting the 14th annual Race for Rehab. With a committee 8 strong we plan on making the 2012 race a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

General Information
The purpose of the race is to benefit the non-profit organization Achilles International who's mission is to "enable people with all types of disabilities to participate in mainstream athletics in order to promote personal achievement, enhance self esteem, and lower barriers to living a fulfilling life.
