The National Kidney Foundation of Middle Tennessee's mission is to prevent kidney and urinary tract diseases, improve the health and well being of individuals and families affected by these diseases and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation. Funds donated to our organization support research, community and professional education, early detection and prevention programs, organ donation awareness and services for patients and their families which include education, support, emergency financial assistance, nutritional supplements and advocacy.
