Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the 2012 Tears Foundation Rock and Walk event!

On April 13, 2009 we were given the most devastating news any parent can hear, our son had died.  I gave birth to him two days later.  With Landon's birth, I became a mom, just as any woman becomes a mom when her first baby enters the world.  Only, we were contacting funeral homes and planning for our child's final resting place; nothing like we had planned. We were trying to figure out how to go on without our precious baby boy.  

The Tears Foundation helps parents when they are in the dark, horrible place we were in three years ago.  Created by dear friends of ours, the NJ chapter of this compassionate organization reaches out to bereaved parents, offering emotional support as well as lifting a financial burden by providing funds to assist with the cost of burial or cremation services. Just knowing these services are available to others brings me comfort.  

The pain of Landon's physical absence from our family is with us every day. The Tears Foundation Annual Rock and Walk event allows us the opportunity to gather with others to remember our baby.  We would be honored to have you join our team and walk along with us.
