Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page for the 2011 Tears Foundation Rock and Walk event. 

The Tears Foundation is an organization dedicated to providing practical support for families following the death of a baby from 20 weeks gestation up to a year old. Its mission is "...to compassionately lift the financial burden from families who have lost a baby by providing funds to assist with the cost of burial or cremation services." Its members also help by providing emotional support through group meetings. It's an organization that meets very real needs of families who may otherwise have nowhere to turn. 

Team Landon Fox was created in honor of our son, Landon Noah, our firstborn child. He looked just like his father's side of the family. He was born on April 15, 2009, two days following his death. Losing Landon was a dark, lonely, painful time for our family. He made us into parents. He will always be our son. 

The Tears Foundation has brought us hope - hope that other parents won't feel quite so alone, hope that families will be given support during their darkest hours, hope that there can be comfort in the hearts of those who grieve. 

The pain of Landon's physical absence from our family is with us every day. The Tears Foundation annual Rock and Walk event allows us the opportunity to gather with others to remember our baby. We would love it if you would take part in this event with us.  By doing so, you are showing your support to families who are still feeling painfully alone, you are contributing to a cause that really makes a difference in people's lives and you are helping us to honor Landon's life.
