My name is Rachel O'Hara and I am a former "Big" for the Athens County Big Brothers Big Sisters program. When I was a student at OU I had a great "Little" named Alexis. Alexis' family moved away without telling anyone and it was very hard on me. I can only hope the time we spent together and the BBBS events we went to will always stick with her and that she will grow up to be an amazing young lady. 

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Athens County relies, primarily, through small donations from people who want to improve the way children are growing up in America. BBBS needs your help to continue helping families and kids in Athens and Vinton County.  

Even though I am no longer in Athens, BBBS is a very important organization to me and I have many friends who are still very much involved in the organization.
