Raising money and running marathons seem to have become our answer to midlife crises (well, that and increasing our brood to four, with the arrival of our son Paolo on July 4th!). Unfortunately Rafael has left me to run on my own this year as his knee is not cooperating after a ski injury. So, at the risk of my own knees and looks of  exasperation from our teenagers,  we are again asking you, our friends and family, to help us raise funds for a wonderful organization.The Yawkey House of Possibilities (HOPE) offers relief and respite to families with children that have developmental disabilities. Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support our fundraising efforts. We know that times are tough this year so we really do appreciate any amount you may be willing to give.
