Dear Friends and Family,

We are running to raise money to help find a cure for our son Cooper Cantrelle(7).  He was diagnosed with Juvenile Dermatomyositis in November of 2008 at age 6.  His battle over the past year and a half has been a long and uncomfortable one, but he has adjusted very well to his new life.  He has an amazing spirit and a remarkable willingness to embrace everything life throws at him.  He is our hero!  We have learned so much from him.  He has given us the strength and the courage to fight this illness with him.  We will endure what pain is necessary during this training and race to raise money to help find a cure for dermatomyositis.  Please help us find a cure for Cooper and other children fighting this same illness!  God bless and thank you!  :)
