Hello!

For those of you who don't know, I joined the Board of NY Writers Coaliton last year. It's a fantastic non profit organization that provides free creative writing programs for underserved commutnities, and I've volunteered for them for several years. Since NYWC is now 10 years old, we are celebrating with 10 Days of NYWC. With your help, I hope to raise as many $10 donations as possible during October 22-31 because ten dollars can go a long way – even in New York City!

This $10 fundraising drive will benefit the NY Writers Coalition’s free creative writing programs: Pens and notebooks for NYC youth. Transportation to and from reading events. Writing workshops for war veterans, or homeless, incarcerated, or disabled individuals. Your donation will ensure that these very valuable and empowering workshops and programs will go on for some of NYC's most in-need individuals.

It’s vital that NYWC's work continues, so I hope you’ll join me in supporting this wonderful organization. If you can offer one donation ($10), great! If you’d like contribute five donations ($50), awesome! Every little bit helps, and you can donate whatever amount with a single click.
