As many of y'all know, I was diagnosed with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) over two years ago. In that time my life has changed drastically, but one area has remained unchanged: the support that I receive from my friends and family.

Once again, I'm turning to you for that support. In an absolute dream come true, I'll be walking (walking, y'all!!) in this year's 10th Annual Achilles Walk for Hope & Possibility. I don't know how far I'll be able to walk and how much I'll have to do in my wheelchair, but I'm going to give it a go. :-)

And if you're in the NYC area or feel like heading there for the weekend, I'd absolutely love to have you walk with me. And how do you beat a walk through Central Park?!! You have the choice whether or not to fundraise. RSD is an incurable, progressive disease; my goal in fundraising is to raise awareness so that hopefully we can find a cure one day.

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts. My goal is to raise $1,000. While that might be a bit of a stretch given the short amount of time I have, I think that together we can do it!
