Friends,

I have had the privilege of running the Boston Marathon five times....rich in history and prestige, it is the gold standard of marathons and there simply is nothing that can match it.   This is, in part, why I'm headed back there in April to run the 2008 edition....but this one is going to be special.

This year, I am running on behalf of Good Sports, a Boston-area organization that furnishes uniforms, equipment, and support to disadvantaged youths so that they can participate in organized sports (see About My Charity below left).
