At the time I'm writing this we are at $1400.   Please remember that we're doing this for the kids, so please continue to donate above and beyond my original goal.     

Food for thought:  The average cost per athlete in the Special Olympics program is $450.   So  we've already covered the cost for three athletes!  If we get to $1800 we'll have covered the cost of four athletes for this year!

Tis the season for freezin' for a reason!!

I'm sure many of you can think of a  better way to spend a Saturday morning in late January than by jumping into a frozen lake...but not "The Cubmasters" Polar Plunge Team!   Especially when it benefits Special Olympics! 

Fortunately you don't have to plunge into a frozen lake to help out!   Please help us support Kansas Special Olympics by  taking some time RIGHT NOW to donate to my personal fundraising page.

On a personal note:   This will be my 3rd polar plunge, and this is the team "The Cubmasters" second plunge.  In  "The Cubmasters"  first year we won a "Best Costume" award, and managed to be the third highest fundraising team in KS!       This year we're shooting for #1!
