Lois and I were drawn to this ministry for several compelling reasons.  It started with my meeting the Franklins (board members, Jim is the M.C. at your annual fund-raising event, etc.), and really liking them - and what they stand for.  Then, Jim introduced me to Don, and the interest grew a lot!  It continued with us watching the DVD of "Emmanuel's Gift", which was so very emotional and motivational.  Then we started meeting other FWM members, and realized that this was, simply, a group of truly wonderful, big-hearted people.  I have learned to associate with winners, and support ministries that are led by folks that are worth following, so I jumped on board with this effort.  My daughter and I will be running the half-marathon, as well as contributing, and we encourage you to check out the fruit on this tree, and join us!
