First off thank you so much for stopping here and taking a look! That's half the battle. As you all know I am a roller coaster junkie, this is the first event that I have partaken in in quite some time. This coaster means quite a bit to me as it was one of the first coasters I enjoyed over and over and over again in 1985 when it opened as Avalanche Run! My cousins and I would spend hours on this roller coaster laughing, giggling, and flat out having a good time! I make it a point to ride this coaster every single visit to Cedar Point for the memory reason alone. Sure it's not the tallest, fastest, or best roller coaster that graces the steel giants of Sandusky, but it has a meaning, a meaning that just can't be put into words! This is a true memory of my childhood and with your help I will be able to take many spins on this ride at the end of it's 27 years at the Greatest Park on Earth, Cedar Point!
