The New Hampshire Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a community resource center bringing animals and people together. We provide adoption, education, investigation and sheltering services in a professional and compassionate way.
Since 1872, the NHSPCA has been committed to the prevention of animal cruelty and to educating the public about the humane treatment of domestic animals. Serving over 121 communities in Rockingham and Stafford Counties, southern Maine and northern Massachusetts, our Adoption Center receives more than 3,000 unwanted, neglected or abused animals each year.
The NHSPCA is an independent, non-profit organization that is solely supported by private donations and does not receive funds from government entities or ongoing support from national associations.
