In his 12 years as an athlete, Adam has participated in basketball, bowling, volleyball, and softball. Along with playing sports and biking he also enjoys watching sports on TV. For the past ten years he has worked at Price Chopper as general store help, from bagging groceries to collecting carts and restocking shelves. His greatest accomplishment is doing missionary work with his brother and sister-in-law. They have even traveled to Haiti to help the local people build a better life and he was honored by his church for the missionary and humanitarian work that performed while there. Adamfeels that traveling to the World Games means that his team has reached the top of their abilities and he is excited to prove to his coaches that their prods of "practice, practice, practice" will have paid off.
