As many of you know I will be running my first marathon on April 17th. Not surprisingly, I did not qualify for this marathon; instead, I will be running on behalf of Casa Myrna Vazquez, Inc., an organization that fights domestic abuse in New England. All of the money raised on this website will go to Casa Myrna Vazquez, Inc. My reward is running 26.2 miles.

Any contribution you make will be greatly appreciated by the thousands of women and children Casa Myrna Vazquez helps every year. Domestic violence is a major problem in today's society, and by donating you will be helping so many others find happiness in their lives.

Additionally, your contribution will mean a great deal to me, and will not soon be forgotten.
I encourage all of you to come out to Boston on April 17th to watch the Marathon. The atmosphere in the city that day will be wild, and I'm sure many of you would enjoy watching me crawl my way up Heartbreak Hill (although I have aspirations of winning...).
