Go Special Olympics Team North Carolina !

I am very excited and honored to have been selected to compete in golf at the first-ever Special Olympics National Games at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa . I’m very excited to once again represent North Carolina at the national level, but this time will be even more amazing because I will be joined by an entire delegation from across the state. I will be among 3,500 athletes from all 50 states and the District of Columbia who will showcase their athletic talent this summer, July 2-7.

Special Olympics athletes are never required to pay a fee to participate but it will cost approximately $2,000 to send me to Iowa .  I am asking for your support in helping to see my dreams come true.  Your donation to Special Olympics North Carolina will provide for vital items such as travel, uniforms and equipment.  Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to my fundraising efforts.
Many years of Special Olympics competition and training have prepared me to represent my state and bring home the gold. Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate, too!
