Dear All on my email list,

 

Well if all is well you have already just received my Christmas cards, well more like Holiday cards, as they do not always make it in time for Christmas.

 

Once again I will be doing the Penguin Plunge, this will be my fourth year. I have gone on from a solitary plunger with a broken wing to heading up a team, which has and will raise thousands of dollars for Special Olympics Vermont.

 

In the past 4 years I have lured many students, swim parents, instructors, co-workers and friends into plunging into the icy depths of Lake Champlain in the midst of winter. In addition to this I have; asked, badgered, and cadgoled  thousands of dollars from all of you who faithfully support my frigid endeavor for Special Olympics Vermont.

 

Just last summer with some of your money they were able to send a team to China to compete, that is even cooler than the lake will be.

 

So you can help out in a couple different ways, sign up and come join my team, volunteer on that day, or sponsor me. You can mail a check directly to me and I can submit it when I register on 2/8/08.
