Hi Friends and Family Members,

This year I am excited to be on the Manning-Stewart team and riding with a young rider, Ben Stewart.  Ben, my  friend Gary Stewart's 13 year old son, is quite a young rider.  He did the Cayuga Lake Triathalon and the Owasco Flier this year.  We did a 20 mile ride last weekend and he kept up with me easily - I was very impressed with his skill and energy.  Ben will be doing the 42 mile ride from Seneca Falls to Ithaca.  I will ride from Ithaca to Seneca Falls, meet Ben at lunch, and accompany him on the ride to Ithaca, as required for riders under 16.
