As many of you know, I attempted my very first hand stand two years ago at this event.  I was hooked and now attend two handstands classes each week.  I am now able to do several different kinds of handstands, headstands, and even handstand push-ups (with spotters).  Even more importantly, Lava fosters an amazing community for all who attend classes.

Here are just a few of the reasons that I am asking for your support:

- $125: one week of LAVA’s work study program for Adult Students

- $235: full scholarship for 12-weeks of classes at LAVA for 1 student

- $250: one day of Community Class at the LAVA Studio 

- $500: 1 evening of the LAVA Studio’s free Night of Renegades 

Taking classes at Lava has improved my form, my balance, and especially my mood.  Please send a little love and cash Lava's way to enable the good work and keep it accessible for all.  If you want a demo the next time I see you, just let me know!
