We are a crazy bunch, primarily from epic church in Palm Coast, Florida. We have once again banded together to run a 200 mile relay from Miami, FL to Key West (mile 0).

We are going a step beyond just running, though. We have decided that for a second straight year we are raising funds and awareness for love146.org. LOVE146 is a nonprofit that fights for children--against
CHILD SEX SLAVERY AND EXPLOITATION.
They rescue children, they rehabilitate children, they provide care and counseling, they provide living arrangements, they aid, support and develop prevention of these heinous atrocities. They are advocates for the 1.2 million children, primarily orphans, that are trafficked. They petition governments to take a stand. They are global, operating in the US and overseas.The complex influences of culture, religion economics and politics require a thoughtful, committed response. Love 146 has initiated two core program areas to combat the issue of child sex slavery and exploitation, Prevention and Aftercare. In addition, Love146 works to grow a body of Research on the issue to enhance the knowledge base for the communities they serve, their partners and their work.

This is STILL my AWESEOME back

Last year we sent two teams, "AWESOME" and "This is my back". This year, we created a hybrid of those teams, and welcomed in one first time Ragnar Relay particpant. We are currently 12 strong, ironic as the estimate is that 1.2 million children are trafficked annually according to UNICEF. With your committment and help we can grow the response and help LOVE146 to fight this global issue.

If you choose to sponsor a runner directly, we encourage you to donate an amount per mile (like a bowl-a-thon, but we'll call it a "mile-a-thon"). Each runner's name is listed below and has their mileage next to it. We will keep you updated! We ask that you dig deep and find the place in your heart that says a child deserves to be a child, to be afforded all of the love and care that God can offer them, and that you can be a vessel, an istrument, a tool in His hands.
