DuPage County's goal for the 2010-2011 school year is to reach over 55,000 students in 2,500 classrooms with our relevant economic education programs. JA’s contributors really do make a difference. As a member of the JA Board of Directors, I am passionate about giving our students the tools they need to succeed. I look forward to going into the classroom and teaching the students. The JA program activities that I lead focus on financial literacy, entrepreneurship and workforce readiness. It truly is the highlight of my week!
Unfortunately, the demand for JA is far greater than we are currently able to provide. Each year, an increasing number of educators and parents ask us for our programs. As a result, we have developed a strategic plan that will strive to dramatically increase the number of classrooms reached, but we can't do it without your help.
My goal this year is provide JA for at least 80 students this semester.
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure.
- $25 will impact one JA student
- $500 will reach an entire class of JA students
- $5000 will equip an entire school with the JA curriculum
