Each year I look forward to Samaritans' 5K Run/Walk Family Festival.  The spirit is uplifting, the community wonderful and we raise money to support the important life saving programs of Samaritans!

Particularly in this environment, whatever any of us can do to be there for others can make a tremendous difference!
