Here we are going on our fourth year participating in Walk a Mile In Her Shoes.   I can't believe it's that time of year again! This is something everyone in our family looks forward to.  One of the kids call it the hairy leg parade so that's our team name this year. We will walk with friends, family and community for awareness and change for sexual violence on Saturday September 25, 2010. We have set a goal to raise $1500, by December 26, 2010.

We are so proud to be a part of this charity and ask all of you, friends, friends of friends, neighbors, co-workers and all who read this to dig deep in your pockets and generously donate for a cause that is often hushed. Please pass on our donation address to all you know and help fight! We know many of you donate yearly and we are incredibly grateful for your continued support.

Most of you know the last four years of Jeremy and Rochelle Lyman's life has been focused greatly on becoming survivors of rape. Rochelle's attacker, Daniel Bluestein, was prosecuted by the State of Oregon and is currently serving 11 years in prison. She is one of the 2% who will ever see the inside of a court room and win.   Few women, men and children come forward, even fewer are able to fight and only a small percentage of that few win. Fight with us for awareness!
