On October 24th of this year, I am blessed to be able to race as part of Team COCI at the Firethorne Triathlon.  The COCI (Cherish Our Children International) organization stands for a world in which each child has the opportunity to live life fully and make their own contribution.  They do this by developing and funding projects and programs that provide a brighter future for the world's most vulnerable children; orphans, children born into proverty, victims of abuse, etc.

Team COCI (www.Reason2Race.org) has already raised over $60,000 this triathlon season, and we have only just begun.  Please help me do my small part in making life more bearable for the less fortunate children in Houston and around the world.  Without our help, some of these children will never have the opportunity to realize their dreams and goals; like Devon, who through our No More Victims program has beaten the odds and graduated from high school, instead of ending up incarcerated like his parents.
