Our mission at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Vermilion County is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported 1-to-1 relationships and programs that change their lives for the better, forever. We partner with parents/guardians, volunteers and others in the community and hold ourselves accountable for each child in our program achieving: **Higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships **Avoidance of risky behaviors **Educational success Many children in our community face adversity. Children who have postive role models are more likely to succeed than those who do not. Big Brothers Big Sisters' one to one mentoring services are proven to help children overcome adversity and beat the odds. By supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters, you help put children on the right path.
