As an avid runner, I qualified for the 2012 Boston Marathon and was accepted to run it this April. I wanted to make the journey something larger than just running Boston. I wanted to raise money for the Florida Humane Society, a local shelter where I volunteer. Many animals there are in need of our help. I'd like to make a difference. 

Both of my dogs are shelter rescues, and have given me so much more in return. I often ask myself, "Who rescued who?" Help me honor them and save lives by donating to the Florida Humane Society, a  501(c)3 No-Kill Organization.
