On March 25-26, 2005, we will be fasting for 30 hours on behalf of children in desperate need. In 2005, funds raised will help children in famine-ravaged nations such as Sudan and Kenya, and will help care for poor children in nations worldwide, including the United States. As well, a portion of the 2005 funds will go to aid Asia tsunami victims.

Why am I doing it?

Hunger is one of the world's most preventable problems, yet: - 29,000 children die every day from hunger and hunger-related diseases. That's 203,000 a week! - A child dies every 15 seconds from water-related diseases. - 21% of the world lives on less than $1 per day. Donating through this site is SIMPLE, FAST, and totally SECURE.
