Ryan Chambers's Fundraising Page
Hello All-
Once again I am raising money for AIDS Walk Kansas City. This great cause has always been a part of my life and moreso recently as I have gotten involved with the Millennial League - a branch of the AIDS Service Foundation of Greater Kansas City. The Millennial League focuses on raising awareness about HIV/AIDS to a younger generation. The bulk of new infections happen amongst 18-30 year olds and most of them are clueless about their situation or the severity of the disease. So the Millenial League and its members have made it our duty to educate the younger folk and help reverse the distubring statistical trends of late. AIDS knows no boundaries and can affect anyone.
Here is a little bit about where your donations goes: AIDS Walk Kansas City raises money to help fund and support those that are living with HIV/AIDS in the Kansas City area. All of the donations raised benefit the AIDS Service Foundation of Greater Kansas City and ALL of the donations stay in the area to directly benefit those in our community that need help. It's a really great cause and your donation is tax deductable.
I know it's a tough world out there, but any donation at any amount is greatly appreciated. Also, be sure to keep and eye out for the Millenial League and our 2nd annual Code Red event later this fall.
