I have decided to keep my theme of fundraising in the freezing cold going strong in 2011 for Special Olympics New Hampshire.

I am a huge fan of Special Olympics, and the wonderful work they do is funded by the money they raise through events like the Penguin Plunge. Believe me it is VERY, VERY difficult to remove most of your clothing and stand on the beach in anticipation of running into water that no normal person would consider even dipping their toe into! I, however, am not normal and luckily neither are the hundreds of participants who risk serious freezer burn to raise money for this amazing organization.
