Thank you very much for taking the time to visit my page and the cause that I will be running this crazy 26 miles and 385 yards for this coming October!  

A little about the cause:  the Non-Profit Chiropractic Organization is in the process of raising money in order to provide Chiropractic care to areas of the world suffering from extreme poverty with minimal if any access to adequate medical care.  Monies raised will also go towards development of non-profit clinics to educate the public about the benefits of Chiropractic and living a healthy lifestyle!  

A little about myself:  I am graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic the 19th of June, 2009!  After graduation I will be working at a sports-based chiropractic clinic in the beautiful city of Chicago (South Loop for any city dwellers).  I would have never thought about running a marathon out of pure personal satisfaction but for a cause as great as this, it was not a question in my mind.  I am personally very passionate about the cause as I had the humbling experience of providing Chiropractic care to poverty-stricken areas of India.  Hundreds and hundreds would wait for hours on end in order to receive Chiropractic care and the results were nothing short of amazing!  If Chiropractic care can have such outstanding results in 10 days, I can only imagine the positive impact that it could have on the rest of the world with the building of clinics and educational programs!
