Saint Paul NEAT is a chapter to Circle of Parents, we sponsor two circle groups Cricle of Providers targets families new to America from East Africia who provide child care to family freind and neighbors. The other targets African American families through Afro Studies Youth Leadership: Where Dreams Take Wings.

Your donation will allow the groups to continue, dollars raised will be  used to provide educational materials for the children and stipends to trained faciliators and childrens program volunteers.
